Rahman Family
Abdul (28) and his wife Sara (25) have two beautiful children, a 3 year old daughter named Layan and a 10 month old son Ahmed. Prior to the genocide, Abdul had completed his Masters in Business Administration, and was working in administration at LC Waikiki Mall.
Ahmed was born on September 21st 2023 by cesarean, just days before the conflict broke out.
They have been displaced multiple times.
Sara has been unable to properly heal from her C-section due to lack of medical care, clean water and healthy food. As a nursing mother, she struggles to provide for little Ahmed with the lack of food and Layan is suffering from malnutrition.
